I’m in a rut looking for a house under $140K, can anyone tell me a short sale story?
I’m leaning away from looking at houses that are listed as short sale because my realtor told me it can take forever to close and I know a guy who had 1 fall through and had to find another house quick to get his $8000 tax credit.
