Can I force the sale of the house if he’s delinquent on pymts awarded & I have Owelty lien?


This is a divorce settlement & I agreed to a pmyt for my interest & it was supposed to be paid Dec 31, 2010. He hadn’t paid anything. Can I go back to court to enforce sale? I wouldn’t have agreed if they’d said I had no options during the settlement process.
