I’m a first time home-buyer, I live in Indiana, USA, I’ve found a house I really like, I have 20% for a downpayment, I’ve been pre-approved for a loan. But the economy freaks me out. And it’ll take me close to a year before I’ve built up an emergency cash reserve, and in this Brave New World, there’s no such thing as job security. Someone, quick–make the decision for me. Just kidding. Sort of.
